Atman Co.’s mission is to support recruitment agents and managers in selecting the best candidates based on their innate potential. This will help companies increase productivity, performance and prosperity by focusing on their most important assets: their employees.

To support executives and managers in selecting qualified personnel, Atman Co. created the Atman personality test. – a simple, accurate and scientifically proven psychometric test – and 4 complementary modules: At•Plus, At•Model, At•Match and At•Team. Each test identifies aspects that shape one’s unique personality and influence performance. Accessible and simple to use, these tools are a proven method in developing true potential. They can easily be integrated in the recruitment process, organization evaluation and talent management.

Michel Guay, president and founder of Atman Co.

Michel Guay completed his studies in psychology at University of Montreal in 1984. He has since garnered over 25 years in business experience. Innovative and creative, he developed an entrepreneurial approach and an expertise in strategic development and alliances on national and international scales. He practices in consultation, teaching, research and management.


He delivers various conferences on the art of work performance management, management competencies evaluation, turnover rates, personnel selection as well as coaching (leadership). He also develops several training programs featuring human capital development.

In recent years, Michel focuses his expertise on new forms of organizations and development of human potential. He concentrates particularly in psychological evaluation during the selection and promotion process, team analysis and organizational structure. Lastly, he develops and directs preparation, validation and standardization of the Atman test.
